5 Minute No Bake Cadbury Cheesecake

This 5-minute no-bake cheesecake made with Cadbury Milk Chocolate Chipsmore is here to satisfy your sweet tooth. As I created this decadent dessert, memories of my love for chocolate came flooding back.

I stumbled upon the Cadbury Milk Chocolate Chipsmore and was intrigued by the bits and pieces of Chipsmore biscuit inside. With a little bit of creativity and experimentation, I was able to create something truly special.

To make the cake, all you need to do is cook 150ml milk, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, 2 teaspoon gelatin and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pot until the custard thickens. While it's hot, add in 160g Cadbury chocolate with Chipsmore. Then, place soaked milk Marie biscuits to the bottom of a springform tin and pour the chocolate custard on top.

As a child, I could eat a whole bar of 200g chocolate in one sitting without feeling bloated. It was my favorite indulgence, and Cadbury Roses were my first box of chocolates. It reminds me of the simple pleasures in life and the importance of cherishing them.

Pour 150ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of corn flour into a pot, then cook until the custard thickens. Add 125g of cream cheese and remove the pot from the heat. Cover the top of the custard cheese with clingfilm or baking paper and let it cool.

One of my fondest memories was of the Cadbury Roses, my first box of chocolate. I remember the feeling of excitement that washed over me as I held the tin in my hands. My parents had bought it for me as a reward for doing well in school, and I felt proud and happy. As I opened the tin, I was greeted with the sight of an array of beautiful chocolates. Each one wrapped in a colorful twist of paper. I remember feeling like I was in chocolate heaven, and I couldn't wait to try them all. I savored each piece, enjoying the way the chocolate melted in my mouth

To add more depth to the cheesecake, I also whipped up 100ml of non-dairy whipping cream and added 2 tablespoons of icing sugar to it. I then folded the whipping cream with the custard cheese.

Back then, it only came in a tin form. Now Cadbury Roses only come in plastic tubs or card boxes. And the classic twist wrappers are a thing of the past. I remember the good old days when it was all about the good stuff. It wasn't just about the chocolate itself, but the memories and emotions that came with it. The joy of receiving a special treat from my parents

Place another layer of soaked milk Marie biscuits to the top of the chocolate custard and pour the cheese custard on top.

As I continued to assemble the last layer of my cake, I remember that the tin of Cadbury Roses was symbol of all happy feelings for me. Every time I see it, I am transported back to those happy moments of my childhood. It reminds me of the simple pleasures in life and the importance of cherishing them. As I grew older, my love for chocolate never faded. It remained a constant source of comfort and joy. I always made sure to indulge in it when I needed a pick-me-up.

I press down some chocolate flakes while the custard was still soft and chocolate balls to decorate the cake. Then I chilled the cake overnight.

I realized that life is all about the little things that bring us joy  With a little bit of creativity and experimentation, you can create something truly special. I hope this recipe inspires you to try something new and indulge in the sweet moments of life.
