Pan Grilled Pork Satay With Peanut Sauce Recipe

You can make a really delicious pork satay without a BBQ grill by using just a frying pan. It might not have that smoky aroma but you will still get a good charred grill look to it.

Our homemade pork satay is tender, marinated pork, threaded onto skewers and grilled to juicy, lightly-charred perfection.

Satay Marinate Ingredient
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar

2 tbsp sweet soya sauce
2 stalk lemongrass
4 slice galangal
10 shallots
