Homemade Pork Luncheon Meat

We call this a homemade luncheon meat that taste like bacon because it smells like bacon during frying. How to make homemade pork luncheon meat? It is so easy. The texture is like eating meat burger patty. Overall a keeper.

The pork patty will expand during steaming. It will be good if you have something heavy to place on top. I could not find anything stable and small enough to fit inside my steamer.
But I did place something heavy immediately after and not during steaming. This method did help to flatten the patty.

Ingredients 250 grams minced shoulder pork 1 tablespoon potato or tapioca flour A pinch of 5 spice powder A pinch of white pepper Blended Ingredients 1 egg white 1/2 tablespoons of light soya sauce 1/2 tablespoon of oil 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine / water 1 teaspoons of red yeast rice powder (optional) 1 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of chicken stock Pour blended ingredient into the pork then add the dry ingredients. Mixed well. Steamed for 30 minutes.
Sliced the cooked pork into pieces and fry them with a little bit of oil. Served hot
