I have to give credit for this tuna filling to my ex boyfriend. It took just one ingredient to give the taste that extra oomph.
He told me he earned extra money from selling sandwiches during his college days. He said the sandwiches was a hit and generated quite a bit of income for him. It was not long before I got him to make the filling and reveal the secret ingredient to me. Since that day, I have without fail used this recipe whenever I make tuna sandwich.

Ingredient
1 can drained tuna flakes
2 boiled eggs
½ tsp of black pepper
1 tablespoon of mayonise
½ finely chopped onions
1 tbsp Maggie seasoning
Method
Marinate Maggie seasoning with onions for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients and blend well.
Best to chill it overnight before using.
