Chocolate Brownie

This brownie is super rich and absolutely heavenly delicious. As a chocolate lover and who has tested almost everything called brownie, I can tell you that there is no other like it. The secret to this brownie is the chunky chopped chocolate. NOT CHIPs or any of those morsels that has the shape of Hershey kisses. It must be a full bar of the best chocolate you can find then CHOPPED it up to chunky pieces.

This brownie is dense, chewy and has fudgy texture. It keeps well in freezer and can be reheated in the microwave. It will taste as good as when you bake it. It is also best eaten with a bowl of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredient
75g chopped walnuts
200g chopped chocolate
125g unsalted butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla essence
4 large eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup self rising flour

Method
Cream butter, vanilla  and sugar until fluffy. Add in eggs one by one. Mixed well before you add in the next egg. Stir in the shifted baking powder, flour and chocolate powder. Then add in the chopped walnuts and chocolate. Bake for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
